Treasury yields: Licensed data providers. Updates: Every business day.

Filings and disclosures

Insider trades (Form 4): Licensed data providers. Updates: Through the filing day. Insiders file within two business days of the trade.
Company reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K): Licensed data providers. Updates: As filed.
Institutional holdings (13F): Licensed data providers. Updates: Quarterly, as filed. Managers file up to 45 days after quarter end.
Fails to deliver: Licensed data providers. Updates: Twice a month.
Congress, Senate and House trades: Licensed data providers. Updates: Daily. Members disclose up to 45 days after the trade.
Government contracts, lobbying, patents, off-exchange short volume: Licensed data providers. Updates: Daily.

Positioning, macro and calendars

Futures positioning (Commitments of Traders): CFTC. Updates: Weekly. Published on Fridays, for positions as of the previous Tuesday.
Economic calendar: Licensed data providers. Updates: Several times a day.
Earnings, IPO, dividend and split calendars: Licensed data providers. Updates: Daily.
